As a teacher, there are plenty of ways to cope when you are having a bad day, but you should never let your anger out on your students you have to be sharp. When I say sharp, I am saying to be accountable for your actions don’t put your problems on others, as a teacher when you are dealing with negativity in life outside of school or your emotions that cause you to be hard on yourself can change your whole perspective in life also sometimes you can forget where you are at because kids can be nagging and in your ear all day. When things like this occur throughout your day you should ask for a mental health day which is the most important thing in your life because sometimes you could not be getting enough sleep on behalf of your work schedule, try to make your classroom a relaxing atmosphere such as during your free time figure out different ways to try to calm yourself down also you can have you can come up with a lesson during you lesson plan to have you and the kids put their head down and close their eyes so you all could adjust your mind.
